My son punched the TV and cracked a controller playing boxing.

Funny niner. My brother once hit the remote on the ceiling because he was playing baseball and tried to make a fastball. Also he dropped it while playing some game. Good thing my TVs are still safe though.

i heard a rumor that they recalled the controllers cuz of this issue, now they sell them w/ grippies...i dunno i'm a ps2 guy and broke honky so i don't want wii and can't afford it...probably would want it if i could afford it though lol

I had some trouble when I first got my wii, but after I got the protective gloves, I seem to hold on to them much better.
