Red Ring of Lights

Man i just got the Red Ring of flashing Lights.

Anyone know how long it takes to repair or if its under warrenty

I'm not sure how long the Microsoft Xbox warranty lasts, but you should make sure the power is well plugged in. I once got the rings of death because I had my power half-way plugged in. If that isn't the problem and your Xbox is still on its warranty, you could send it back to Microsoft and they will refurbish it and send you a working one.

Buy a PS3 :) i hear they have less problems

Ya i just looked on the xbox site and I can get it done free. It will take like 3 weeks.
Nah i dont like the ps3 games as much and I love to play xbox live too much

Takes like 3 or 4 weeks after you call microsoft (assuming you still have the warrenty info..) and they will send you a new one. And yes, the PS3 has less problems as long as you follow the instructions correctly. If not you'll fry it before you even get to play it...
