Cluanar was asking me recently about the many ways in which a Burglar can initiate a FM, which is crucial in heavy fights. Since we were in the midst of a heavy fight at the time (he picks strange times to hold conversations), I couldn't think of all of them offhand, but here is what Ghraye has at her disposal: Exploit Opening: This skill is meant just for FM's, and is probably the first one a Burglar acquires for that purpose. Trip: As the name suggests, this one will knock a target down and open a FM. However, it is usable only in Stealth, so if you need your burg to use it, the rest of the party has to get back out of aggro range. There is also a traited version of this that does not break Stealth and shortens the cooldown timer considerably. Bag of Marbles: This is the most fun of them...an extended knockdown during which the target is basically helpless...really good for the more intricate FM combos. In addition to all this, we have our handy little "Ready and Able" skill, which resets the timers on most skills. So yes, we can pull off several FM's in a relatively short period of time. Now that the "Great Lag Plague" has been ended (we hope), I'm gonna start pushing to level Ghraye the rest of the way to 60 again, so we can start using her. ![]()
